Please follow these steps:

3. You will be taken to an admissions application                    

4. Please take note of your assigned User ID once profile is completed and submit it to Human Resources at HR@mimizazo.com

5. After creating your profile, you will need to pass the Admissions Evaluation Process. You will be asked to take a voice assessment test, a background check and sign a Master Agreement form.

-- For the following states Colorado, Massachusetts, Nevada, South Dakota and Vermont the cost for the Criminal back ground checks is $25.95 due to additional background information checks. All other states the cost is $12.95 (paid by the applicant). Payments are made to a third party vendor.

Next, you must be certified:

the next step would be to get certified in order to choose what client you will like to work with. You will have up to 8 days to complete the training. CSP101 basic certification course will cost between $5 to no more than $99 (due to promotional offers). {Ask if there are any discounts available}

For NEW APPLICANTS:

After successful completion of the certification course you will be asked if you will like to incorporate your own business . If you choose not to incorporate your own business then you are able to work as an Independent Contractor under Mimizazo Inc. You will need the IBO ID to enter in the system after completing the CSP101 certification course to proceed. Click on "join existing affiliate corporation" and enter in the IBO ID: 52358 when prompted. Click search to verify and Submit. Once your request is processed you will move on to choosing the client you will like to work with and begin training.

For Existing CSP's

If you are currently under an Independent Business and would like to switch to another, you will need to start the process as follows:

1. Log into your portal

2. Select the "Drop/Change" option under "My Info"

3. Leave the radio button checked at "Request to move to the following Independent Business"

4. Enter the corporation’s IBO ID# 52358 and click Search to verify

5. Click the "Proceed" button. You will receive the confirmation message "Request Submitted Successfully"

6. Click the "Close" button twice

We will receive your request within seconds of your submission.

Last Step = Client Course Training:

You will have 30 days to enroll in a client training course. Client certification training programs range in prices depending on the client of your choice. {Ask about our certification tuition assistance program}

Our team is not a good fit for you if you fall into any of the following categories:

-You have dropped a client certification course once enrolled and you are not currently enrolled in or servicing a client

-You have more than one Statement of Work (SOW) revoked

-You are not ready to enroll in a client opportunity within 30 days

-You currently reside in on of the following states: Mass, MD, CT, OR, NY
